Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of TCG Lens, an app for identifying cards, viewing reference prices, and managing your collection. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Scanning and catalog

TCG Lens helps identify trading cards, organize a collection, and view reference prices. Identification depends on image quality, readable card information, connectivity, and catalog coverage. Check the card, set, number, variant, and quantity before saving a record.

2. Prices and results

Automated recognition can be wrong. Prices and collection values are estimates based on available sources; they may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. They are not purchase offers, guaranteed resale values, or financial advice. Reading a grading label does not authenticate a card or verify a certificate.

3. Accounts and permitted use

Keep your account secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Use the app lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, generate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.

4. Intellectual property and third-party content

You retain rights to information you add and authorize its processing as needed to provide the features you request. The TCG Lens software and brand belong to their respective owners. Pokémon, cards, artwork, names, and logos belong to their respective rights holders, including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, and GAME FREAK. TCG Lens is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Using the app does not grant rights to redistribute third-party content.

5. Subscriptions and payments

TCG Lens Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store displays the price, billing period, and any available trial before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payments and handles cancellations and refund requests; RevenueCat validates purchases and access. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your TCG Lens account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

6. Availability and liability

Features and catalog coverage may change, and maintenance or failures may interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee every identification, valuation, or result is accurate or always available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy, changes, and contact
